Default Fish Kill off the coast of NJ.

Millions of Bunker have washed up along the shore of the Delaware Bay in NJ this morning. The Feds say is was due to low levels of oxygen in the water. Apparently , what normally would be a feast for seagulls and other shore birds none were seen eating any of the Peanut Bunker. I have my suspicions... What do you think ?

My Best Guess would be these fish got cornered by blues or Stripers or some other predator in an estuary or river somewhere went into panic mode the temperature rose and they suffocated themselves. If something else were to blame believe me they would be blaming. There is not a news or media outlet in this country that doesn't love to point a finger when they can. If there is some other factor involved you will know soon enough.

That is who I would have blamed in the past, But my Chicken Little days are over. Omega is a Pig of the sea and they do terrible work to our oceans but this kind of stuff happens, It just happened up here in MA, also.
