Who's taller? Jefferey or the fish?

This fish is 49 &1/2 inches long and topped the scales at 46 lbs. It was caught at night by Jeffery Moritz of Sicklerville N.J., an 8 year old and 4th generation angler. The fish was caught on Island beach state park New Jersey. Jeffereys dad Brian says He "sorta disqualified him for the IGFA under 10 jr. angler record. I was holding on to the pole so it didn't go into the water. He did reel it in all by himself, i also pulled it on the beach which also breaks the rules.
